Question 1: 

Using a Pivot Table, calculate total Services, total Revenue, and total Expenditures for Comprehensive Child Health for each of FY 19 and FY 20. Also calculate Revenue per Service as well as the net revenues. Finally, calculate the change in Expenditures (in total and as percent change) from year to year.

 

Question 2:

The manager of the Comprehensive Child Health department has complained to you that their visit workload has increased in FY2020 but the number of devoted FTEs has remained at 4. She suggests that if the health department had listened to her and hired a full time Senior Registered Nurse at the beginning of FY2020, the number of visits per FTE would have been the same as it was in 2019.

Is this assertion true? Please show your steps justifying your conclusion.
How much would the additional staff cost? Assume fringe is 33% and the nurse would need a telephone (with installation) and computer but no other supplies. Also, don't forget that the Florida State indirect rate is 25%. See tabs 3-6 for the data you will need to complete your calculations.
